* Due to the PENDING CANADA POST STRIKE, we will be using UPS and Purolator for most Canadian orders. If you live in a remote/rural area you may be subject to a shipping surcharge, but only with your authorization. If you only have a PO Box please keep in mind that your order could be delayed if Canada Post strikes

USA bound shipments may be delayed unless the labor disruption is resolved

* If you are not home, high value packages may be routed to your local Purolator outlet or a UPS Access Point. We may also safe drop your package on your property and provide you with a photo of the delivered package.

* We do not have an "Order Cancelation Fee" that most companies have.

* We do NOT have a "Return Restocking Fee" that most companies have, however the customer is responsible inbound and outbound return shipping costs. ($13.95 each way)
